PURPOSE:To turn about each sense of four wheels in the traveling direction, travel these wheels all directions as front, side and skew, as well as to make a turnabout of the sense of each wheel to a posture for a pivot rotation toward a tangential line of a circle centering on the central part of a device body, performable in an easy manner. CONSTITUTION:A vertical pair of steering large diametral gears 3a and 3b are installed in the central part of a device body 1, and around the circumference, there are provided with four steering shafts 5a-5d at circumferential regular intervals in the vertical direction. Each small diametral gear 9 to be engaged with these large diametral gears 3a and 3b is installed in these shafts 5a-5d, while an axle bearing 6 is installed in a shaft lower end, and wheels 2a-2d are supported via an axle 7. And, these large diametral gears 3a and 3b form only gear tooth numbers necessary for one rotation of these small diametral gears 9 being opposed with each other, and when these shaft 5a-5d are rotated till the small diametral gears 9 are out of these large diametral gears 3a and 3b, it is constituted so as to cause these small wheels 2a-2d to face toward the tangential line of a circle centering on the central part of the body 1.
