PURPOSE:To obtain a secondary differentiation circuit for adjusting picture quality suitable for integration by composing composite output of the first composing means to which input signals and the first delay signal are inputted and composite output of the second composing means to which the first and second delay signals are inputted by the third composing means. CONSTITUTION:Filter circuits 10, 12 are provided as delaying means, and delay time of the circuit 12 is set longer than that of the circuit 10. Input signals (a) are taken in directly to an integrated circuit 3 and delayed signal (b) delayed by a specified time by the circuit 10 is outputted, and at the same time, a delay signal (c) is outputted by the circuit 12. Composite output (e) which is a difference signal of the signal (b) and signal (c) is outputted from a composing means 13. A signal (f) corresponding to a secondary differentiation signal of conventional circuit is outputted as a difference signal of signals (d) and (e) from a composing means 14, and amplitude is adjusted by a secondary differentiation adjusting circuit 6.
