PURPOSE:To automatically adjust the brightness and hue of a video signal at the inside of the titled device by providing a reference voltage generator, a voltage comparator and a voltage amplifier controlled by a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:A digital data for adjustment is inputted at first to a D/A converter 1, a signal outputted from the D/A converter 11 is inputted to a digital control amplifier 12, the output of the digital control amplifier 12 is compared with a voltage outputted from a reference voltage generator 14 by the adjusting reference voltage digital data outputted from an interface 15 at a comparator 13 and a coincidence/dissidence signal is inputted to the interface section 15. At the time of dissident, in order to adjust the gain of the digital control amplifier 12, the gain adjustment digital data from the interface section 15 is inputted to the digital control amplifier 12 while being revised until the comparator 13 outputs a coincidence signal.
