PURPOSE:To shorten the quiescent time of a specimen injector or a washing solution injector and to increase specimen treatment capacity, by providing a cuvet rotor to the same rotary shaft in a plurality of stages and providing the specimen injector and the washing solution injector etc. in a state movable to an up-and-down direction. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of rotors 4, 4' each mounting a reaction/photometry cuvet are provided to the same rotary shaft 3 and a specimen injector 7 and a washing solution injector 8 etc. are provided in a state movable to an up-and- down direction so as to be capable of inject a specimen and a washing solution in two or more stages of cuvets. At the time of the intermittent driving of the rotors 4, 4', for example, the specimen and a first reagent are portionwise injected in the cuvet of the first stage rotor 4 among plural stages of rotors and, during this time, the washing solution can be portionwise injected in the second stage rotor 4'. Therefore, the specimen injector 7 and the washing solution injector 8, etc. can be effectively used and the treatment number of specimens per one apparatus increase in proportion to the number of the rotors.
