Control for chemisorption filters

The main application P 3502855.6 relates to an air-conditioning system which is controlled according to temperature and humidity. By this measure it is aimed, inter alia, to achieve the end that chemisorption filters recently installed in motor vehicles operate under favourable conditions, which, however, is not always ensured by the control of the air-conditioning system. In order to remedy this deficiency, it is proposed according to the invention that the chemisorption filters, in the event of pollution, are only switched on if the temperature and relative humidity in the vehicle cab are optimum for the operation of the chemisorption filters. The chemisorption filters are controlled via humidity and temperature sensors.
