PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation over a wide voltage range by adjustably constructing an air gap distance between a magnetic unit for generating a calking torque and a magnet rotor. CONSTITUTION:A set screw 15 which is made of a magnetic unit for generating a calking torque is provided at the position before approx 1/4 one pole width of a magnet rotor 2 from a conductor which contributes to the torque generated from an armature coil 4 with respect to the rotating direction of the rotor 2 to generate the calking torque, thereby eliminating a dead point. An air gap distance between the set screw 15 and the magnet rotor 2 is adjustable by a driver 43 so that the relationship between the armature torque Ts obtained by the armature coil 4 and the calking torque Tc by the set screw 15 is set to Ts= 2Tc. |
