PURPOSE:To prevent a collision between a request and a refresh in a pipe line process by issuing a refresh command periodically from a system controller, and performing the request in a period except a refresh period. CONSTITUTION:A refresh command RF supplied periodically from a system controller SC to a memory part MM which builds in a dynamic memory DM closes an AND gate AN to which a request command RE is supplied through a NOT circuit NE. Therefore, the request is performed in the period except the refresh period, and the collision between the request and the refresh in the pipe line process can be prevented, and an access time is regulated without being extended.
