PURPOSE:To form color original plate for sample prints at plural points of color printed matter by attaching freely turnably a frame body onto a base plate having a permanent magnet plate, freely turnably attaching bars to the frame body and freely attachably and detachably fixing film mounting plates to the bars. CONSTITUTION:Four pieces of the film mounting plates 7 are fixed by means of self-adhesive tapes to the vertical bars 5a and horizontal bars 5b and mounting holes 8a of a red film 8 are fitted to the pins 7a of the four film mounting plates 7. A magnet keep plate 9 is attracted to a magnet plate 12 and the red film 8 is tightly adhered to the film mounting plates 7 when the magnet keep plate 9 is imposed on the red film 8 by matching the holes 9a thereof with the pins 7a of the film mounting plates 7. The surface of the red film 8 is then lightly rubbed from the film mounting plates 7 toward the front end by means of an elastic magnet plate wider than the red film 8, by which the elastic magnet plate is kept attracted to the magnet plate 12 and is moved; therefore, the air existing between the red film 8 and the base plate 1 is pushed out and the red film 8 is tightly adhered to the base plate 1.
