PURPOSE:To rotate freely a displayed graph by a designated angle by performing the arithmetic to obtain a graph obtained by rotating a displayed graph by a designated angle based on the rotational angle supplied from an input means. CONSTITUTION:Both a rotation key 1h and a register key 1a are operated at a key input part 1 for input of a desired angle (rotational angle theta) for rotation of a displayed graph. This angle theta is set to an angle data memory part 3T. Then a functional equation supplied into a numerical formula memory part 3S is sent to an arithmetic part 4. Thus a rotary functional equation is obtained in response to the base point plot data on the rotation and set to the part 3S. Then the presence or absence for an erasing operation is decided for an original graph. Then the graph display processing is carried out, that is, a graph obtained by rotating the original graph by the angle theta is displayed.
