PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts which are used for protection of a microwave circuit by leading the input and output terminals and a bias terminal of the microwave circuit formed on the surface of an insulated substrate to the rear side of this substrate through the pierced holes and at the same time enclosing airtight the surface of the insulated substrate with a metallic cover. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal 5, an output terminal 6 and a bias terminal 7 are connected electrically to the metallic films 16, 17 and 18 via the through- hole plated pierced holes 14 respectively. A metallic cover 19 has a container shape and set over the surface of an insulated substrate 3 as it covered a microwave circuit 4. Furthermore a metal or dielectric substance is filled into the holes 14 to secure an airtight structure. Thus the circuit 4 is shut out from the open air.
