PURPOSE:To attain an optimum aperture correction in each case by obtaining the aperture correction video signal of each delay amount in response to the input of video signals of different horizontal scan frequencies. CONSTITUTION:A delay circuits 8 and 9 which can deliver video signals of different delay amounts tau1 and tau2 are provided together with a detecting circuit 11 for horizontal frequencies, and switches SW1 and SW2 which are connected with switching to the terminal 1 and 2 according to the output of the circuit 11. Thus both switches are connected to the terminal 1 and 2 according to the output of the circuit 11. Then the aperture correction video signals of different delay amounts are obtained by the video signals of the delay amount tau1 extracted from output terminals 83 and 93 and the video signals of the delay amount tau2 extracted from output terminals 82 and 92 of the circuits 8 and 9 respectively.
