PURPOSE:To obtain lyposome slightly showing properties to be subjected to englobement, having long durability in blood and high utility as blood stabilizer, carcinostatic agent, etc., by bonding C-III or A-I of serum apolipoprotein to the surface of liposome. CONSTITUTION:For example, a lipoprotein part obtained by a protein fraction process of human plasma is de-fatted with an organic solvent, treated with a urea solution and subjected to gel filtration to give C-III or A-I of apolipoprotein. Then, liposome is blended with C-III or A-I of the apolipoprotein, only particulate part is partially taken out by centrifugal precipitation or gel filtration to give liposome having the surface to which C-III or A-I is bonded. Liposome slightly being subjected to englobement in the blood, having high durability, like lipoprotein is obtained. It has much effects in vivo use as a blood stabilizer, carcinostatic agent, etc. |
