摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to effectively utilize a burnable gas by introducing a surplus blast gas produced in a pig-making process of an iron work generated into a fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:When a device operating by utilizing a blast furnace gas is in quiescent due to a regular inspection, repair and on other reason, flow quantity adjusting dampers 17 and 19 are opened in suitable degrees. In a blast furnace gas supply line 20, a blast furnace gas introduced from a blast furnace passes through a pipeline 24. On the other hand, in an air supply line 18, air flows through a pipeline 21, and the blast furnace gas and air are induced by a blower 15 for transporting recycle ashes while being mixed. The mixed gas is introduced to a duct 12 of an unburnt ash recycle system. The mixed gas while flowing through the duct 12 transports unburnt ashes from a stored unburnt ash taking-out device 10, and introduced unburnt ashes into the fluidized bed furnace 1. Accordingly, the blast furnace gas replaced by a part of fine powder coals used as a fuel is fed into the fluidized bed furnace 1 and utilized effectively as a fuel for the fluidized bed furnace 1.
