PURPOSE:To regulate the relational position of a flexible disc with a mandrel and to obtain a reproducibility laying stress on a rotation by constituting an inclined surface by bending a rectangular notch provided at the outer peripheral part of an annular thin plate mounted at the periphery of a hole on the flexible disc. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted so that the thin plate is fixed at the side plane of the periphery, at least where a mandrel 3 invades, of a hole 1a on a flexible disc 1, and the outer peripheral part of the thin plate is bent giving a slope on a part of the part. For example, at the upper plane of the periphery of the hole 1a provided at a center, an annular thin plate 7 having a hole 7a obtained from a steel plate having a thickness of 0.1mm made of a stainless steel SUS430, the expansion coefficient of which is nearly that of a magnetic layer, with an etching process is fixed using a sticking agent of epoxy resin. When it is fixed, the inner edge of the hole 1a on the flexible disc 1 should be constituted so as not to protrude to the inside of the hole 7a on the annular thin plate 7. A rectangular notch 7b is formed at any optional position on the cylindrical thin plate 7 from an outer periphery and its end is bent so that it is positioned higher by 0.5mm than the surface of the annular thin plate 7.
