PURPOSE:To avoid the cool feeling sensed persons entering a room from the outside or persons staying previously in the room when room temp. is reduced by an outer disturbance though room temp. is kept in about a steady state by restoring the present setting temp. to the initial one with a microcomputer if a specified time elapsed in such a condition as the temp. between the setting temp. and room temp. is kept over THETA3 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:A temp. deviation calculating means 32 judges the present setting temp. in save operation with a setting signal input judging means 29 and a save operation judging means 30 and the difference between the present setting temp. and room temp. is calculated by a setting judging means 31 and a room temp. red input measuring means 28 and when its difference is over O3 deg.C and T3 time elapsed in such a condition as the difference is kept over THETA deg.C, the present setting temp. is restored to the initial one. A burning amount calculating means 33 calculates burning amount and a burning amount output means 34 indicates a fan motor No.1 solenoid valve 12 and No.2 solenoid valve 15, a power source lamp 8, room temp. lamp 11, a burning lamp 9, and a save operation lamp 10.
