<p>A neutral anhydrous complex of macromolecular polygalactane and of a nitrogen compound, intended for the reconstitution of a culture medium for microorganisms containing nitrogenous nutrient substances is prepared by mixing at room temperature, in predetermined proportions, a macromolecular polygalactane which has a linear structure with a nitrogen compound until a homogeneous product is obtained, allowing the mixture obtained to stand and then drying it and then grinding and, if necessary, classifying the dried product by screening.</p> |
