PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the input of periodical or conventional schedules and also to decrease the necessary memory capacity, by regarding units excepting a unit that receives an input as free inputs and storing them. CONSTITUTION:In a data retrieval mode, the 1st time information is supplied together with year, month, etc. which mean the 2nd time information having a long time interval by writing only the date, etc. meaning the 1st time information of a short time interval together with the contents of a schedule. When coincidence is obtained between both 1st time information, the contents of the schedule corresponding to the 1st time information are displayed or informed together with the 1st and 2nd time information supplied in the data retrieval mode. Thus it is not needed to supply weekly or monthly events which are repeated periodically. This saves data input time and labor and also memories. |
