PURPOSE:To weld a front air chamber case and a rear air chamber case in a short time by fixing a piezoelectric vibrator mechanically with a pushing rod through the sound discharging hole of the front air chamber case and the leaking hole of the rear air chamber case when the front air chamber case and the rear air chamber case are ultrasonically welded. CONSTITUTION:When the ultrasonic vibration is applied to an ultrasonic vibrating horn 6, a part of the contacting part of the front air chamber case 1 and the rear air chamber case 7 is melted and bonded with the friction heat due to the ultrasonic vibration. After the welding, by stopping the ultrasonic vibration, immediately, hardening is executed and the welding is completed. While the ultrasonic vibration is impressed, through the front air chamber case 1 and the rear air chamber case 7, the ultrasonic vibration is transferred to a piezoelectric vibrator 2. However, the piezoelectric vibrator 2 is mechanically fixed from the front to the rear by pushing rods 4a and 4b, at the tip of the pushing rods 4a and 4b, rubber-shaped elastic bodies 5a and 5b provided, and therefore, the ultrasonic vibration is suppressed and absorbed and the bad influence s not given to a ceramic piezoelectric element 2b.
