PURPOSE:To attain very easy dimension-setting of a gap depth by adopting the structure that the gap and an exciting part are adhered while being split. CONSTITUTION:A gap plate 10 constitutes the gap 11, one of a recording/ reproducing gap plate 10a and the other is an erasure gap plate 10b and one end side of both the gap plates 10, 10b is butted via an adhesives 22 such as glass. Further, erasure gaps 13a, 13b regulating the track width are formed from both sides to the gap plate 10 with respect to the recording/reproducing gap 12. An adhesive part 14 is formed by adhering the rear face (bottom) of the gap 11 and the front face (upper face) of the exciting core 15 by an inorganic adhesives of a resin in the range of adhering thickness of 0-2mum. The gap 11 and the exciting part 16 are adhered splittingly to attain ease of dimensioning of the gap depth.
