PURPOSE:To reduce an inspection time by detecting that an inspection read information has the same content as a referencing information when the inspection read information written on a referencing memory cell is read out as the referencing information. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is equipped with a referencing memory array 1' having the axp-number of referencing memory cells M11, M12...M1p:M21, M22...M2p:Ma1, Ma2...Map. A multiplexer 4 is connectd to a switching selection circuit 11 through the n-number of information input/output lines B1, B2, ...(n=q/a) respectively, and also, through one information input/output line BM, it is connected to the switching selection circuit 11, and the switching selection circuit 11 takes the first - the fourth modes. Thereby, it is compared and inspected whether either one, at least, out of n-number of inspection read information has the same content as the referencing information or not.
