PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the titled device and to efficiently and continuously pulling up a single crystal by arranging a magnetic field forming means in the vicinity of a holding means for holding the melt of silicon, etc., and applying the synthetic electric power for generating a magnetic field for heating the melt and a magnetic field for moving the melt to the means. CONSTITUTION:The heating and fluidizing device is composed of the following means. Namely, (1) the holding means 10 for holding the melt 18, (2) the first transmitting means 30 for outputting the first electric power to heat the melt 18 by induction, (3) the second transmitting means 32 for outputting the second electric power to move the melt 18 in the specified direction, (4) a synthesis means 34 for synthesizing the first and the second electric power, and (5) the magnetic field forming means 14 used for forming the first magnetic field to conduct the induction heating by the supply of the synthetic electric power and forming the second magnetic field for the movement of the melt and arranged in the vicinity of the holding means 10 are provided. |
