PURPOSE:To prevent such a case where the boiling water is discharged or the temperature level is unstable when the discharge of hot water is started again, by transmitting the drive stopping signal to an electric driver for a mixing lever from a closure detecting means when a switch lever is operated at the closure side and fixing the position of the mixing level. CONSTITUTION:A closure detecting means 36 is provided with a reed switch 34 and a magnet 35 attached to a switch lever 33 and detects that the switch valve 32 is stopped at the position where the discharge of the mixture water is stopped. When the lever 33 is set at the closure side, the switch 34 works to stop an electric driver 25 and to fix a mixture valve 21. This prevents such a case where the boiling water is discharged or the temperature level is unstable when the hot water is charged again. Then the discharge state of hot water set before the drive of the driver 25 is reset immediately.
