PURPOSE:To prevent air accumulation trouble without having cutting-off, a deformation and meandering of a cover film, by starting lamination by covering the tip part of the cover film with a dummy cover film by sticking the dummy cover film to a part not having an adhesive layer and that having the adhesive layer with an adhesive tape and the tip part of the cover film is stuck with the adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION:A cover film 2 is cut off and only a base film 1 is carried to the base film 1 to which an adhesive layer 15 is not applied. A cover film 2 is laminated with the adhesive layer 15 of the base film 1 by a laminating nip roller 3 by sticking a dummy cover film 13 to the unapplied base film 1 with an adhesive tape 14 by sending out the dummy cover film 13 by dummy cover film sticking devices 12a, 12b prior to sending of the tip part of the adhesive layer 15. Remaining air 16 is discharged by passing through a space between the cover film 2 and dummy cover film 13 without intruding the remaining air 16 into a space between the cover film 2 and the adhesive layer 15 by an adhesive tape 10 by sticking the tip part of the cover film 2 to the adhesive layer 15 with the adhesive tape 10. A laminate whereon air accumulation trouble does not generate can be performed. |
