PURPOSE:To lengthen the life of a motor incorporated in a rate gyro by actuating the rate gyro only in case the speed of a vehicle attains over a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The titled controller is used for the vehicle loading the gyro 7 and a power source 6 for the gyro actuating it. In this case, a vehicle sensor 1 detects the traveling speed of the vehicle and when this output attains over the prescribed value, a comparator 3 outputs to start an ignition switch 5. Then, when the comparator 3 outputs, a gate circuit 4 connects the power source 6 for the gyro with the gyro 7. This gyro 7 is actuated by the output of the power source 6 for the gyro. Accordingly, since when the speed over the prescribed value is attained, the gyro 7 is actuated, the life of the motor incorporated therein can be lengthened.
