PURPOSE:To enable dynamic drive of a fluorescent light source tube by arranging 1st and 2nd light emitter arrays consisting of multiple light emitters in two staggered rows and providing independent grids by means of common connections arranged among the anodes of these light emitter arrays. CONSTITUTION:Both 1st light emitter array 4a and 2nd light emitter array 4b consisting of multiple light emitters are arranged in two rows in stagger. Anodes 2a1, 2a2...2an, 2b1, 2b2...2bn of these light emitter arrays 4a, 4b are given common connections among them and independent grids 5a, 5b are provided. By this configuration, anodes of mating light emitter elements in respective rows can be driven in form of time division and, in synchronization with this, each of grids 5a, 5b can be driven, thereby enabling dynamic drive.
