PURPOSE:To increase the holding force of a workpiece and carry out efficient machining even with a heavy cutting by taking out and clamping said workpiece to which a coagulating material is bonded, after pouring and filling a liquid coagulating material in a vessel and making it coagulated. CONSTITUTION:After a mold release agent or a mold release sheet 2 is bonded to the inner walls except the member 1a, of a vessel 1, a deformed workpiece 3 is inserted in it and placed so that the surfaces to be cut of the workpiece 3 are along members 1b, 1c. Then, a liquid coagulating material 4 is poured and filled in the vessel 1, and is made coagulated. After that, members 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e are released from the workpiece 3 to which the coagulated material 4 is bonded in an integrated form, and the workpiece 3 is set on the table 6 of a machine tool. Accordingly, the cutting surface of the workpiece 3 is automatically centered merely by fixing the board member 1a on the table 6, to facilitate a heavy cutting. |
