PURPOSE:To effectively use the storage capacity of a storage device which stores the image of a seal impression list, and to easily delete or correct an item posted at the back plane of the list when it is required to change by providing the input means of a bit of specified information at the back plane of the seal impression list. CONSTITUTION:In the registration processing of the seal impression list, when a gas rate or a power rate etc., is posted at the back plane of the seal impression list as the bit of specified information, a bit of code information corresponding to the said item is inputted from a keyboard 5 connected to a CPU1 in a display unit 6. And when the bit of posted specified information is changed, the bit of code information after changed is inputted again by depressing a delete key on the keyboard 5, and a completion key is depressed. Also, when the bit of specified information is confirmed, it is displayed in order by depressing a caution item display key and a next caution item key on the keyboard 5. Thereby, the wasteful usage of the storage capacity of the storage device which stores the image of the seal impression list is evaded, and the deletion or the correction of a specified item posted on the back plane of the seal impression list can be easily performed. |
