<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture locking bolts in large quantities by providing a rotary board on the periphery of which bolts are arranged, a hole sensor which detects the position of a hole and fix said bolt, and a caulking member for completely pressing in a temporarily embedded pellet. CONSTITUTION:Bolts 17 are arranged on the periphery of the rotary member 7 of a pellet pressing-in device one after another and, when a bolt 17 arrives at a directing rotary retainer 3, a turning force is given to the bolt 17 in its rotating direction on its axis. When a hole is confirmed by operating a sensor, the bolt 17 is fixed and, then, a pellet 20 is pressed into the hole by means of a temporarily embedding member 5. After that, the bolt 17 is moved to where a caulking member 6 is provided, by means of the rotary board 7, to press into and caulk the pellet 20 so that it does not come off from the thread part of the bolt 17. Thus, a locking bolt is completed and the completed bolt is discharged from the rotary board 7 by means of a discharging member 8.</p> |
