PURPOSE:To constitute the titled method so that a temper color is not generated on the surface of a steel plate, by a method wherein the titled device possesses a high-frequency induction heating furnace and press bonding roll in a down stream in a running direction of the steel plate, resin is fused without raising the temperature of the surface of the steel plate by the high-frequency induction heating furnace and press bonding is performed by the press bonding roll. CONSTITUTION:A composite laminated steel plate 1 which has been obtained by pinching resin 3 between steel plates 2, 2 through pinch rolls 6, 6 enters a high-frequency induction heating furnace 8, high-frequency heating is applied to the same with the steel plates 2, 2 used as electrodes. In this instance, as the temperatures of the surfaces of the steel plates 2, 2 hardly increase by fusing only the resin 3 and temper color does not generate on the surfaces of the steel plates 2, 2. As the resin 3 to be placed between the steel plates 2, 2, a resin which contains a filler 12 whose dielectric constant is three or more is preferable. As the resin 3 is made into three-layer structure, the similar filler 12 is contained in resin layers 3a, 3a coming into contact with steel plates 2, 2, efficiency of the filler is improved, and the resin layers 3a, 3a in the vicinity of the interface are fused preferentially, far rapid fusion of the resin is possible. |
