PURPOSE:To obtain a metal product having good mechanical properties and workability by pouring a molten metal flow on the first rotating disk to obtain the fine particles, clashing the molten metal scattered particles against the second rotating disk to get the finer particles and accumulating and solidifying these finer particles as molten state with an orientated distribution for each particle. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 4 is poured on the first high speed rotating disk 5 to obtain the fine particles and successively clashed under flying as molten state against the second high speed rotating disk 6 to get the finer particles 7. Further, these particles 7 as molten state are accumulated and solidified on a shifting base 9 to obtain a material for forming 8. In this case, the molten metal 4 is poured on an eccentric position from a rotation center of the flat rotating disk 5 where no molten metal 4 is stuck and solidified and to give the orientated distribution for obtaining fine particles. It is desirable that the finer particles 7 gotten by clashing under flying against an eccentric position of the flat rotating disk 6 have the orientated distribution, too.
