PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength and to reduce the number of steps in manufacturing by composing a reinforcing member of an integral cylindrical permanent magnet of nonmagnetic metal wirings wound in a coil shape. CONSTITUTION:An integral cylindrical permanent magnet 2 is secured through a ring-shaped metal material 5 to a shaft 4. Metal wirings 3a made of nonmagnetic material are wound in a coil shape are used as the reinforcing member of the magnet 2. When the mechanical strength of the wirings 3a is regarded as significant, brass or oxidized hard copper or bronze is proper as the wirings 3a.
