PURPOSE:To permit the dropping of all products from many molds to be confirmed by detecting the fact that molded products are taken out of molds from matched output from a pattern comparator. CONSTITUTION:In a controller 7, when a pattern comparision command is sent out to an image processor 6, the processor 6 takes in image data of a cavity 1b on the image of the split face 1a of a movable mold 1 from a camera 5, converted into binary value, and compared with indicating data. When no products are present in all the cavities 1b, since the indicating data match with the image data taken, a match output signal is sent out to the controller 7 by the processor 6. In this way, cavity patterns when all resin in the cavities is dropped pare compare and when they are matched, all products are judged to be dropped. Therefore the judgement for the dropping of the products is sure. |
