PURPOSE:To constitute the titled method so as to obtain a high-transparence and high-density polyethylene film, by a method wherein three heating rolls are used, temperature differences are provided among those rolls and then the film is quenched. CONSTITUTION:As for a raw fabric film, a middle of the same is set up at the most high temperature and the same is passed through among heating rolls constituted of a system R1, R2, R3 among the rolls of which temperature differences are provided. Then it is necessary that the temperature of the R2 is less than the fusion point of the raw fabric film and more than 105 deg.C which is desirably more than 115 deg.C. Then it is preferable that the temperatures of the R1, R3 are set up lower than that of the R2. It is appropriate that the temperature of the R1 is made less than 90 deg.C and that of the R3 is made more than 80 deg.C and less than 115 deg.C and the film after passing through the heating roll is cooled. Density of high-density polyethylene which is processed into the film is more than 0.935g/cm<3> and it is possible to get a favorable result by applying this manufacture to a polyethylene film having a comparatively high molecular weight. |
