PURPOSE:To improve the quantitative determination characteristic of a reagent by providing valves for cutting the reagent on the front surface and rear surface in the direction where the reagent flows. CONSTITUTION:A conduit selector valve 1 consists of a stator 2 and a rotor 3 and is commonly opened with conduits D1-D4 on the same radius. An opening (a) of a flow passage selector valve 5 is connected via a tube T1 and a pump 4 to the conduit D1. A tube T2 inserted into a cleaning liquid vessel 6 is connected to the opening b of the valve 5. A tube T4 which is inserted into a cleaning liquid 8 is connected via a tube T3 and a pump 7 to the conduit D2. A waste liquid vessel 11, a sample vessel 12a, ... are connected via a tubeT5, a pipette driving mechanism 9 and a pipette 10 to the conduit D3. A conduit D5 of a stator 14 of a conduit selector valve 13 is connected via a tube T6 to the conduit D4. A sample and cleaning liquid supply mechanism 16 is connected via a tube T7 to the other conduit D6. The conducts of the valves 1, 13 are changed over by rotating the rotors 3, 15, by which the reagent is cut. |
