PURPOSE:To improve a speed response by adding a nonlinear gain compensator to a current control system to compensate the nonlinear characteristic in the system due to the dead time of an inverter, thereby enhancing the response of the system. CONSTITUTION:A deviation between a torque current command i*q and a detected torque current iq is amplified by a current compensator 2. A deviation between a magnetic flux current command i*d set to meet the characteristics of a load motor and detected magnetic flux current id is amplified by a current compensator 3. In this case, gain compensators 15, 16 are provided among the compensators 2, 3 and a coordinate converter 4. Thus, the offset characteristic depending upon the dead time Td of the inverter is eliminated. As a result, a stable high responding performance can be obtained over the entire operating range. |
