PURPOSE:To improve the expression efficiency of a structural gene, by producing an expression vector of a state devoid of 3'-ncr originated from cDNA or a state containing 3'-ncr reversely linked immediately after the 3'-terminal of a structural gene. CONSTITUTION:An expression vector of a state devoid of 3'-site non-coding region (3'-ncr) originated from cDNA or a state containing 3'-ncr reversely linked immediately after the 3'-terminal of a structural gene is produced as a vector capable of producing a large amount of peptide coded to a structural gene of cDNA prepared from mRNA originated from an eucaryocyte in a procaryocyte such as Escherichia coli. The expression vector is transformed to Escherichia coli.
