PURPOSE:To obtain a sound metal product having fine structure and no segregation without a degassing process by pouring a molten metal flow on a rotating disk to produce the fine metal particles and cooling forcedly for the particles under flying to a shifting base and/or in a pile of the particles on the base at piling and cooling them on the base. CONSTITUTION:The metal product is cooled forcedly by blowing gas jetting flow such as Ar gas, etc., under flying of the above-mentioned particles to the shifting base and/or in the pile of the particles on the base. It is desirable that this forced cooling executes to be about >=10<2> deg.C/sec of cooling rate for the piled metal product. In this way, as the growth of the crystallized grain is controlled, the metal product having very fine solidified structure is obtained, even if its thickness is very thick.
