Substituted aminoxy succinate derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> are effective in stabilizing organic materials against oxidative, thermal and actinic degradation, said derivatives being particularly effective as color improvers and process stabilizers in organic materials containing phenolic antioxidants and/or metal salts of fatty acids and/or hindered amine light stabilizers and/or organic phosphorus compounds.
