PURPOSE:To convey at high speed and to position to stop accurately by using both a linear induction motor and a linear stepping motor. CONSTITUTION:A truck 10 for a linear step motor has a slit plate 11 for shielding a sensor 6, rotatable wheels 12 rolling on rails 4, the secondary side plate 15 of the step motor and the secondary side plate 17 of a linear induction motor. In a station 21 are installed the primary side 2 of the step motor and the primary side 3 of the induction motor. The photosensor 6 is secured to a sensor base 5 to detect the position information and the speed information of a conveyor truck 1. Thus, the accelerating and decelerating times can be shortened, and also be effectively positioned. |
