PURPOSE:To improve machinability and exhausting capacity to eliminables, by installing an oblique cutter in diagonal arrangement to a turning direction and an oblique escape groove in the circumferential surface part of a cutter body, while jointly setting up a perforated plate to the exhaust side and a stopper plate to the other side of the cutter body, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An oblique cutter 2 in diagonal arrangement to a turning direction and an oblique escape groove 3 running along the cutter 2 both are installed in the circumferential surface part of a cutter body 1. And, in order to set a cutting stroke, an offset 4 is installed in the other side of an opening part of the oblique escape groove 3 opposed to the oblique cutter 2. In addition, a perforated plate 10 having a lot of exhaust ports 11 is installed in the side where eliminables are guided inside the oblique escape groove 3 and exhausted outside. Moreover, a stopper plate 20 is installed in the topside of the cutter body 1. According to this method, when the cutter body 1 is rotated in an arrow (d) direction via a turning shaft 30, not only adherent substances can be easily shaved off by means of the oblique cutter 2 but also eliminables inside the oblique escape groove 3 can be easily exhaused out of these exhaust ports 11 of the perforated plate 10. |
