PURPOSE:To miniturize an outsert molding tool under ensuring the mounting accuracy of a joint member set up at both ends of a rod, by matching each other the positioning places of the rod to the mold so that the molding tool consists of single cavity and the positioning places. CONSTITUTION:A molding tool 5 is provided at one side of a rod with a cavity 6 for outsert molding a joint member. At the die face of a bottom force 5 b, convex portions 9a and 9b as positioning places are set up on a bottom face at handle part 7b of a rod holding concave 7. A first small hole 20a and second small hole 20b opened at the channel-shape part 15 of the rod are fit respectively to the first convex portion 9a and second convex portion 9b of the bottom force 5b, and the mounting hole 18 of a rod 14 and the cavity 6 of the molding tool 5 are aligned at high accuracy. Thus as the outsert molding tool is made to single cavity, miniturization can be achieved, and the accuracy of alignment of the mounting hole to the joint member is ensured at either ends.
