A feed screw(12) is established on one side of the center shaft (1) and a fixed induce cutter(2), unit gear boxes(3a,3b,3c, 3d), and rotating cutters(8a,8b,8c), which are assembled in the distance maintain rings(7a,7b,7c), are inserted into the other side of the shaft. A rotating discharge inducer holder(9) is fixed on the edge by a fixing piece(11). A helical gear(4) and a epicyclic helical gear(5) are assembled in the unit gear boxes. Multi-holed plates(6a,6b,6c) are assembled on both sides of the gear boxes and the hole radius is decreased along the discharge direction.
