PURPOSE:To produce a corrosion inhibitor for acid having high safety and a significant corrosion inhibiting effect by adding one or more among thiamine, cysteine and cystine as effective components to an acid cleaning soln. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds of amino acids selected among thiamine, cysteine, cystine and water soluble salts of them are added to an acid cleaning soln. as the effective components of a corrosion inhibitor for acid. Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, citric acid or malic acid may be used as the acid in the cleaning soln. and the concn. is regulated to about 1-10wt%. The amount of the amino acids added as the effective components is usually >=about 0.1mg/l, preferably about 10-200,000mg/l. Thus, the corrosion of metal can be prevented without injuring the human body. |
