Arrangement in a load container, arranged on a carrier, for example a motor vehicle, trailer, rail wagon or the like and having two end walls, two side walls, of which one can be moved aside for opening one side of the container, and with a bottom for side emptying of the load container. In order to permit such side emptying of load containers without restriction from any hydraulic cylinders situated inside the container or from other elements used for side emptying, the bottom 7 of the load container supported by the carrier is articulated 13 in relation to the carrier 2, 11, 12 at its longitudinal edge facing the moveable side wall 5 and can be pivoted upwards from its horizontal load-bearing position by one or more piston-cylinder arrangements 23 arranged below the bottom 7, which piston-cylinder arrangements are articulated to the carrier 2, 11, 12, whilst a cover plate 24 is articulated to the bottom 7, preferably to its longitudinal side edge remote from the moveable side wall, which cover plate at its other end is held so that it bears against the inner side wall 6 and which, when the bottom 7 is pivoted upward constitutes an extension of the bottom 7 for the purpose of emptying the load container 1. <IMAGE> |
