PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration in S/N due to noise included in a line in a repeater having constant voltage circuits connected in cascade by adding a reference potential of the 1st constant voltage circuit to a reference potential generating circuit of the 2nd constant voltage circuit. CONSTITUTION:A reference potential of the 1st constant voltage circuit is connected to a resistor voltage dividing point of the 2nd constant voltage circuit through a capacitor 15 so as to improve the deterioration of S/N depending on then different earth system of the constant voltage circuits 4, 11. Further, a resistor 16 is added to the input of an impedance converter 14 and the reference potential from the 1st constant voltage circuit is added via the capacitor 15. Thus, the effect of the noise produced in the 1st constant voltage circuit onto an amplifier 9 acted by using the 2nd constant voltage circuit as a power supply is reduced to improve the deterioration in the S/N.
