PURPOSE:To perform lubrication for balancer gears in an effective manner without enlarging the space of an internal-combustion engine, by forming an oil sump, dipping the lower end of each balancer gear, in a position corresponding to the lower end of these balancer gears. CONSTITUTION:A reduction pinion 8 is locked to a shaft end of a crankshaft projected to the side of a clutch chamber 6, and this reduction pinion is engaged with a reduction gear wheel 10. At a position corresponding to each lower end of balancer gears 15 and 16, an oil sump 19 is formed, and the lower end of the balancer gear 15 is dipped in this oil sump 19. Then, the reduction gear wheel 10 makes oil being dipped up from an oil sump 13 at the lower part of the clutch chamber 6 circulate inside the oil sump 19. With this constitution, lubrication for these balancer gears 15 and 16 is performable in an effective manner without enlarging the space of an internal-conbustion engine. |
