PURPOSE:To prevent an inflow of oil to inside a compressor, by providing a seal oil head tank, equalizing gas chamber formed in a high pressure delivery side shaft end of the compressor and a line connecting a gas phase part of said tank further independently providing drainers in each shaft end. CONSTITUTION:A seal oil head tank 5 supplis seal oil to seal oil supply chambers 2, 2' for supplying oil of suitable pressure to shaft ends so as to prevent compressed gas of a compressor 1 from leaking from the shaft ends, and the seal oil head tank 5, equalizing gas chamber 3' formed in the high pressure delivery side shaft end of the compressor and a line connecting a gas phase part of the seal oil head tank 5 are provided. Further drainers 4, 4', for accumulating a drain of the seal oil, are independently provided in the respective shaft ends. By this constitution, the seal oil can be prevented from infiltrating into the compressor 1 from the seal oil supply chambers 2, 2' by a flow of gas from the equalizing gas chambers 3, 3' in the both shaft ends of the turbo compressor.
