PURPOSE:To obtain a punch press which is compact and rationalizes manhours for replacing a tool by constituting said press so that a punch holder and a die holder provided with a lot of punches and dies, respectively are freely oscillatable and positionable around a horizontal shaft provided on a machine frame, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a punch press 1 provided with a machine base 3 forming a C shape, a column part, and a metallic die holder 11 in a gap part 9 of an upper arm part 7, a punch holder 25 supported by a horizontal shaft 21 through a sector-shaped plate 23 is provided so as to be freely oscillatable on an upper arm 19 of said metallic die holder 11, and on the other hand, a die holder 33 supported by a horizontal shaft 29 through a sector-shaped plate is provided so as to be freely oscillatable on a lower arm 27. Said punch holder 25 is a sector- shaped board body whose section is projecting in its lower part, many kinds of punches 35 are provided in one line on three planes of its upper face, a die 37 is provided on a sector-shaped die holder 33 whose upper part is projecting in the same way, a work is placed between the corresponding punch 35 and die 37, and punching is executed through a hit pressure piece 73. |
