These small dust, fingerprint, oil etc., are removed by the cleaning roller 5 of the cleaner rotating at higher speed than the roller 6. Thus, only a part contacting the recording media is not dirty like a fixing type cleaner, the life of the cleaner is prolonged and the cleaning is effectively executed.
