PURPOSE:To accurately premix even a powder or a viscous material, by a method wherein a particulate material is continuously and quantitatively supplied to be fallen from a screw conveyor type transfer part equipped with an angle setting means and a liquid is obliquely supplied to said falling material in a jet state to mix both components in a shaftless screw type mixer. CONSTITUTION:The particulate or viscous material quantitatively supplied to a receiving port 4 is transferred by a screw conveyor 6 and falls in the inlet 8 of a shaftless screw type mixing transfer part 2. At this time, a liquid is obliquely supplied to the falling material from a supply port 11 in a jet state and both components are mixed in a shaftless screw type mixer to be supplied to the mixer of the next stage from a supply port 9. The transfer part 2 can be inclined at an aribitrary angle by an angle setting means 13 and, because the material is transferred in a sealed state while rising along a conveyor type transfer part, said material is not scattered even if it is a powder. Thus premixed material can be accurately mixed in the mixer of the next stage within a short time. |
